Breakfast 

               

Ingredients

          

• 4 feijoas
• 2 passionfruit
• 1 banana (frozen)
• 1 cup EasiYo Unsweetened Reduced Fat Yogurt
• 1 cup Low fat milk
• 1 tbs. honey
• Mint leaves to garnish

                               

Method

               

Remove flesh from feijoas and passionfruit.  Place in blender with banana, yogurt, milk, honey and blend until smooth.

Serve in glasses with a couple of ice cubes and mint leaves.

           
               

Conversion: 1 metric cup = 250ml. 1 Tbsp = 15g.
