Homemade baby food with EasiYo Yogurt

Got a little one at home? Here’s six ways to make homemade baby food with EasiYo and no added sugar!

Take 2 cups EasiYo Unsweetened Natural Yogurt and divide into x4 EasiYo Lunch takers. Refrigerate. You can store them for up to a week in the refrigerator.


Option 1 

Combine EasiYo homemade yogurt with your baby’s favourite fruit puree to make a creamy fruity snack.

Option 2

Mix EasiYo homemade yogurt with mashed avocado, with carrots and peaches or green beans and pears.

Option 3

Offer your little one a pottle of EasiYo homemade yogurt as a dip with fruit or veggie sticks. 

Option 4

Combine EasiYo Yogurt with fruit juice, then freeze for a refreshing frozen treat.

Option 5

Make some homemade EasiYo Labneh (yogurt cheese) and spread on toast sticks.

Option 6

Blend EasiYo Yogurt with any fruit and water to make a baby smoothie. See a great recipe below.


Baby Carrot Smoothie recipe


  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 sliced frozen banana


Add all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency.  If smoothie is too thick, add a little cold water.
