I think Easiyo is one of the best discoveries I have made. I have converted most of my friends over to making Easiyo and they love it as much as I do!

I thought I would share with you my latest EasiYo idea. My daughter Keely loves it. I purchased a couple of ice block makers at the dollar store. Instead of using juice or cordial to make them, I filled them with EasiYo.
It is a little tricky because the EasiYo is thick, so I had to tap them a lot to get the EasiYo down to the bottom and get rid of the air bubbles. Then I popped them in the freezer and voila...EasiYo frozen yogurt pops. Keely just loves the banana done this way. It makes a healthy and nutritious treat on a warm day, and it doesn't cost the earth.
