
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• juice of one orange
• ¼ cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 cup EASIYO yogurt
• 1.4 red cabbage finely shredded
• 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• salt and ground pepper
Method:Heat oil in a wok or heavy frying pan over high heat.
Stir fry green and red cabbage for 3-4minutes.
Pour in orange juice and stir-fry for one minute.
Remove from heat and fold in yogurt and 2 tbsp of sesame seeds.
Season to taste.
Place on serving dish and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
