
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp gelatine
• 2 tbsp water
• ¼ - ½ cup EASIYO flavouring
• 2 cups EASIYO yogurt
Method:
Soak gelatine in water until it swells.
Heat gently over low heat until it dissolves.
Add fruit flavouring to yogurt and gently stir in the gelatine.
Pour into ice block containers and freeze.
