Ingredients:
Base:

• 1 packet sweet biscuits
• 100g melted butter

Filling:
• 1 tbsp water
• 2 tsp gelatine
• 1 cup drained EASIYO yogurt (4-5 hours)
• 1 x 400g can sweetened condensed milk
• ¼ cup lemon juice


Method:
Crush the biscuits until fine crumbs are formed.
Melt the butter and add to the biscuit crumbs, mixing well.
Press into the base of a 20 cm loose bottom spring form pan.
Refrigerate until firm.

In a bowl place the gelatine in the water and warm over a pan of hot water to dissolve the gelatine.
Place this aside to cook but do not let set.

In a large bowl mix the drained yogurt, condensed milk and lemon juice.
Beat well. Then add the cooled gelatine and well.
Pour the filling into the prepared base and chill until set.
Garnish with fresh strawberries or other seasonal fruits.
