Ingredients:
• 2 bunches spinach, washed
• yogurt french dressing to taste
• 2 oranges, segmented
• ¼ cup fresh dill sprigs chopped coarsely
• ½ cup croutons


Method:
Trim spinach and tear into bite size pieces.
Place spinach, oranges and dill into salad bowl and toss.
Pour over Yogurt French dressing and sprinkles with croutons before serving.


Variations/Comments:
For a refreshing change try replacing dill with fennel.
