Ingredients:
• 1 rock or honeydew melon
• 1 cup black grapes

For the dressing:
• 2/3 cup EASIYO yogurt
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or basil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp wine vinegar
• salt and freshly ground pepper


Method:
Cut melon in quarters and remove seeds. Remove flesh from skin and dice into bit size pieces.
Cut grapes in half and remove seeds. Mix the melon and grapes and pace into a salad bowl.

For the dressing, mix together the yogurt, oil, vinegar and herbs. Season to taste.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and garnish with fresh herbs
