Ingredients:
• ½ cup EASIYO yogurt
• 2 tbsp tandoori seasonings
• 1 kg chicken pieces or whole chicken


Method:
In a small bowl mix the yogurt and tandoori seasonings.
Remove the skin from the chicken and cover the chicken pieces or the whole chicken with the marinade.

Refrigerate for 12 hours of overnight.
Place the marinated chicken in a shallow casserole dish and bake in a moderate oven for 180°C for 1 hours.

For the whole chicken, cook for 1 ½ hours at 180°C


Variations/Comments:
Yogurt is used as a marinade to flavour and tenderise poultry and meat.
It can be used to replace alternative marinades.
