Ingredients:
• 500 g smoked fish
• 2 spring onions
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• 1 ½ cups EASIYO Natural Yogurt
• 6 sheets filo pastry
• 2 teaspoons melted butter
• Poppy seeds 

 
Method:
Remove fish flesh from bones and skin and flake.
Trim spring onions and slice finely.
Mix fish, spring onions, parsley, lemon rind and yogurt together.
Place in an ovenproof dish.

Crumple up filo pastry and place over top of fish mixture.
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden.
