Ingredients:
• 4 single chicken breasts
• ½ cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
• 1 tablespoon cornflour
• 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Freshly ground black pepper 


Method:
Remove skin from chicken. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, rind, cornflour, turmeric and parsley together.
Season with salt and pepper.

Pour over chicken, turning breasts to coat.
Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked. 


Variations/Comments:
Serve with steamed rice or pasta.
