Ingredients:
• 1 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 500 g lean beef or lamb mince
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon ground allspice
• ¼ cup Easi Yo Natural Yogurt

Oil
• 4 small pita bread
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• ½ cup Easi Yo Natural Yogurt
• 2 tablespoons tahini 


Method:
Peel onion and grate. Squeeze out juice.
Crush, peel and chop garlic.
Mix onion, garlic, mince, mint, salt and cumin together until combined.
With wet hands, shape into 5 cm long cylinders.
Thread onto soaked satay sticks or metal skewers.
Brush with oil and grill or barbecue until golden and cooked.

Warm pita bread in the oven or microwave.
Slit to make a pocket. Fill with lettuce, tomato and kofta.
Mix second measure of yogurt with tahini and spoon into pita pocket.
