Ingredients:
• 1 x 29 cm pizza base
• 2 tablespoons green curry paste
• 1 tablespoon chilli oil
• 350 g chicken tenderloins
• 1.2 cup fruit chutney
• 8 cucumber slices
• ½ cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt
• ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander

Method:
Spread pizza base with curry paste to within 1 cm from edge.
Grill for about 2 minutes or until hot. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook tenderloins 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through.
Top hot pizza base with chicken.
Spoon chutney into the middle of the pizza with the cucumber.
Mix yogurt and coriander together.
Spoon over centre of pizza and serve immediately.

Variations/Comments:
