Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups EASIYO yogurt
• 1 tsp salt
• ground black pepper
• 2 cups tasty cheese, grated
• 2 tbsp grated onion
• 1 ½ tsp french mustard
• 250g macaroni, cooked and drained
• 2 tsb butter (extra)
• ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs


Method:
Melt 3 tbsp of butter in saucepan and cool.
Mix flour and yogurt together and add to butter.
Season with salt and pepper and stir over a low heat until thick.
Add cheese, onion, and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and stir in the breadcrumbs until covered with butter. Sprinkle on top of the macaroni and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
