Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 4 tbsp EASIYO Passionfruit flavouring
• 1 egg


Method:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add sugar, Passionfruit flavour, and egg (previously beaten).
Stir over a low heat until mixture slightly thickens.


Variations/Comments:
This mixture will keep (store in airtight jars).
