Ingredients:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup Easi Yo Natural Yogurt
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• ½ cup finely chopped red onion
• ½ cup prepared minced chilli
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander or parsley


Method:
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon rind, onion, chilli and coriander together until combined.
Chill until ready to serve.


Variations/Comments:
Serve with fish and fish cocktail mixtures, steamed green vegetables, baked potatoes and salads.  

Makes about 1 ½ cups.
