Ingredients:
• 1 small onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped root ginger
• 425 g can mangoes
• ½ cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt 
 

Method:
Peel onion and finely chop. Crush, peel and chop garlic.
Heat oil in a small saucepan and sauté onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes until onion is clear.
Drain mangoes and puree. Add to saucepan with yogurt. Bring to the boil and serve hot.

Alternatively, serve as a dressing, mixing mango puree and yogurt with onion mixture, and serve cold.


Variations/Comments:
Serve this hot with fish, chicken or vegetables or cold as a salad dressing.  

Makes about 1 ¼ cups.
