Ingredients:
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tablespoon prepared hot English mustard
• 2 tablespoons horseradish cream
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt 

 
Method:
Crush, peel and finely chop garlic.
Mix garlic, mustard, horseradish cream, tomato paste and yogurt together until combined.
Chill until required.


Variations/Comments:
Serve this with fish, chicken, egg dishes, salads, or use as a marinade or baste for meat, pork or poultry.  

Makes about 1 ¼ cups.
