Ingredients:
• 1 clove garlic
• ½ roasted capsicum
• ½ cup chopped green pitted olives
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Pinch cayenne pepper
• 1 cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt 
 

Method:
Crush, peel and finely chop garlic. Cut roasted capsicum into small pieces.
Mix garlic, capsicum, olives, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and yogurt together until combined. 


Variations/Comments:
Serve with vegetable salads, roasted aubergine and zucchini or use as a baste for chicken or pork.

Makes about 1 ¾ cups.
