Ingredients:
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt

 
Method:
Shell egg and mouli or chop very, very finely.
Mix egg, chives, curry powder and yogurt together.
Chill until required. 


Variations/Comments:
This is delicious with fish, pasta and potato salads, with steamed vegetables or a chicken salad. 

Makes about 1 ¼ cups.
