Ingredients:
• 2 bunches spinach
• 2 tbsp chives
• 1 cup EASIYO yogurt
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp fresh dill
• lemon juice to taste


Method:
Steam or microwave the spinach and cool.
Drain on kitchen towel and chop finely. Stir into the yogurt.
Add mayonnaise and minced or finely cut herbs.
Add the salt and lemon to taste.
Serve with grilled meats or fish.


Variations/Comments:
Great with vegetables, pasta and hard-boiled eggs.
