
Ingredients: • 1 bulb garlic (unpeeled)
• 1/2 tbsp oil
• 1 cup drained EASIYO yogurt (8-10 hours)
• lemon juice to taste
• salt and ground pepper to taste
Method: Place garlic bulb in tinfoil with oil and seal. Bake in moderate oven for 40-45 minutes or until garlic is soft.
When cooked remove from tinfoil. Cut garlic in half (with kitchen scissors) and squeeze out pulp.
Combine garlic, drained yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Variations/Comments:
If you don't like the thought of having garlic on your breath, chewing a fresh coffee bean is a good way to remove the evidence.
