EasiYo is rich in Protein

Protein is the building material of the body and every tissue, whether muscle, skin, blood or nerve, contains it. The presence of additional milk solids in EasiYo yogurt makes it a more concentrated source of protein than milk. Plus it has greater absorption through the action of lactic cultures.

EasiYo is a great source of Calcium

EasiYo is also a source of calcium. Each cup (250gms) of EasiYo yogurt delivers 30% or more of the recommended daily requirement for nutritional calcium.*

Calcium is essential for building strong bones in growing children and maintaining bone health in adults. Osteoporosis is a serious health problem, especially for women, and studies have shown that most people consume far less calcium than the daily recommended levels.

Helps with the Synthesis of Vitamins

The lactic cultures in EasiYo yogurt have the property of being able to produce certain complex B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin and niacin). They also produce folic acid, which is essential for the nervous system’s development.
