Yogurt Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 cups EASIYO yogurt
- 2/3 cup EASIYO Raspberry flavouring (favourite flavouring)
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- ΒΌ cup water
- 3 egg whites
Method
Put yogurt into a large bowl and mix in flavouring.
In a saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water.
Stand until gelatine swells.
Over a low heat dissolve the gelatine, stirring constantly.
Cool. Fold gently into yogurt mixture.
Whip egg whites until they hold soft peaks and fold into yogurt mixture.
Chill for 2 hours and serve on the same day (the texture changes if kept too long).
