Yogurt Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet vanilla/chocolate instant pudding
- 1 ¼ cups EASIYO yogurt
- 300ml cream
- whipped fruit to garnish
Method
Pour the milk and the instant pudding into a bowl and whisk until smooth and thick.
Fold in the yogurt and cream.
Pour into parfait dishes and chill.
Garnish with extra whipped cream and fresh fruit.
Variations/Comments
Crème Chantilly is a refreshing alternative to sweetened whipped cream.
Add 3 tbsp of icing sugar, ½ tsp vanilla to ½ cup whipped cream.
Fold in ½ cup chilled EASIYO yogurt – delicious!
