Seasonal Fruit with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 apples cored
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 oranges or mandarins
  • 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 1 cup EASIYO yogurt

Method

Thinly slice apples and brush with lemon juice.
Peel oranges and cut into segments.
Arrange apples, oranges, strawberries and half the raspberries onto individual dishes.
Puree remaining raspberries with yogurt.
Sweeten if desired.

Spoon yogurt over fruit.
Serve chilled or serve with citrus and yogurt sauce.

Variations/Comments

Frozen berries or even bananas, kiwi fruit or other seasonal fruits can replace the fresh berries.
Mix and match your available fruits and replace the raspberries pureed in the yogurt with your favourite EASIYO flavouring.
