Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 1 pkt small or large marshmallows, chopped
- ½ cup (100g) chocolate chips
- ¼ cup (50g) EasiYo Berryfruit Real Fruit
Method
Fold marshmallows, chocolate chips and
Fruit Squirt topping evenly into the ice cream. Replace lid and refreeze until solid.
Variations/Comments
Serve with fresh fruit of your choice.
Variation: Substitute chocolate chips with chocolate bar, grated.
