Louisiana Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ cup Easi Yo Natural Yogurt
Method
Crush, peel and finely chop garlic. Peel and finely slice shallots.
Mix garlic, shallots, tabasco sauce and vinegar and yogurt together.
Variations/Comments
Serve with fish or as a vegetable salad dressing.

Makes about ¾ cup.
