Lemon Yogurt Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 2/3 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup EASIYO yogurt
  • juice and grated rind of one large lemon

Method

Whip cream until stiff.
Fold in icing sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and rind.
Place in freezer.
Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
Remove the sherbet from the freezer about 30 minutes before freezing.
