Green Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon prepared minced chilli
- ¼ cup roughly chopped parsley
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt
Method
Peel avocado. Remove stone and place flesh in a blender or food processor.
Crush and peel garlic.
Add to avocado with chilli, parsley, coriander and lime juice.
Blend until smooth.
Swirl through yogurt and serve with warm pita bread.
