Carrot Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup EasiYo Yogurt
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
Method

Cook carrot, cumin and garlic in a non-stick frying pan until softened. Cool in fridge. Then mix in the yogurt.
Season to taste.
Variations/Comments
Great with veg sticks or turkish bread
