Berry Blend
Ingredients
- 1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 2 cups (390g) mixed berries (raspberries or blackberries), pureed
Method
Fold berries evenly into the ice cream.
Replace lid and refreeze until solid.
Variations/Comments
Serve with EasiYo Berryfruits or Strawberry Fruit Squirt
topping.
Variations: Try this Berry Meringue Surprise. Place one small meringue nest into individual dishes. Top with EasiYo Ice Cream and berries. Pour on Chocolate Liqueur or your favourite EasiYo Fruit Squirt topping.
