DescriptionGreek style is a Mediterranean style of yogurt that is extremely popular in Europe and the Middle East. It is a full-cream, plain yogurt that is ideal for those that like their yogurt very thick. It is especially good as a base for savoury dips, dressings and sauces or a great low-fat substitute for sour cream, cream or cream cheese. Also good for those that require good sources of absorbable calcium, protein and milk fat.

A friend bought me my Easiyo and it was the best gift I could have had. I am lactose intolerant which in turn causes a diverticulitis attack. Since using Easiyo I have not had an attack in 8 months. Marvellous.

We have been enjoying easiyo yoghurt since 2005 when my husbands mother shared some when we visited her in Queensland, Australia.
I loved it so much, she bought us an easiyo yoghurt maker to take home with us to Melbourne.
Since then we have beem making our favourite, unsweetened Greek yoghurt, wherever we live. Including 3 years in Malaysia, and now we have just moved to Switzerland.
My yoghurt maker and sachets were packed in my suitcase because I couldn't wait for 3 months when our furniture arrives. Almost all our visitors, no matter where we lived, have gone and bought their own after visiting.
We have fresh made yoghurt every morning on our muesli with fresh fruit. And it makes a fast easy dessert with fresh fruit or cake, and I use it in place of sour cream.

This is far and away better than store brought Greek yogurt its thick creamy texture is perfect in the morning with fresh fruit.

Can use it in lots of recipes, making it very versatile. Eat the container way too fast because if is so delicious!!

We love the original Greek style yogurt... and drain it (through muslin for approx 6 hours) and use it in place of cottage or cream cheese as a replacement eg for dips etc.
We receive compliments from guests regularly. Try it with chopped stewed dates on whole grain and seed breads for the tastiest lunches.

The Greek yoghurt is perfect with fruit for breakfast, used in Indian Raita and in cooking my muffins which have no butter or eggs. I can eat it on it's own as it is very satisfying and wholesome.
