We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all customer correspondence. If our service falls below that which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site contact us
If you unhappy with the service you receive from EasiYo, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails and faxes will be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

EasiYo Promotion Terms and Conditions for $500 Westfield Vouchers.

Promoter

• The promoter is EasiYo Products Limited, Auckland, NZ.
• Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance to the following terms and conditions in full.
• Prize - One prize of NZD$500 worth of Westfield vouchers is on offer.

Terms and conditions

1. Entries are accepted from New Zealand residents only.
2. Employees (and immediate families) of the promoter or affiliates, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion period commences on the 28th July 2011 and closes on the 31st July 2011. All entries must be received by 6pm on 31st July 2011.
4. The winner will be notified directly by email or phone by 15th August and will be displayed on the winners page on the easiyo.com website.
5. To enter, entrants must fill in a form and drop it in the entry box on the EasiYo stand at the Food Show.
6. One entry per person is permitted - multiple entries not allowed.
7. The promoter's decision is final on all matters to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into
8. If a winner is unable to be reached within 5 days of the end of the competition, or their entry details are not complete, then the entry will become null and void.
9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, stolen or illegible forms, entries or delayed entries.
10. The promoter reserves the right to extend, change or conclude the promotion at any time without notice, should circumstances dictate.
11. Recipients agree to be available for publicity purposes that EasiYo deems desirable and that their details maybe held by EasiYo for marketing purposes.
12. By entering this promotion you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasiYo against any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a result of any claim by a third party (including, without limitation, your employees, contactors or customers) in connection with any act or omission by you in respect of the goods or services provided to you under the EasiYo Westfield voucher Promotion and agree to reimburse EasiYo for its reasonable costs and expenses in defending any such claim.
13. You will not take any action nor omit to do any act in connection with the EasiYo Westfield voucher Promotion offer or goods provided under the offer that would bring EasiYo or any of its brands into disrepute.
14. All information gathered as part of the EasiYo Westfield Voucher Promotion becomes the property of EasiYo Products Ltd.
15. When you enter by accepting the terms and conditions of the EasiYo Westfield Voucher Promotion you "opt in" and agree that EasiYo have the right to send you communication materials and contact you by email, post or phone to the contact details which you provide. The information you provide you authorise us to:
    - Send your communication material by postal mail or email.
    - Use the information provided for promotional purposes as determined by us.
    - Phone you requesting information on product performance or for general information purposes.
    - Use your information in a general way, as part of collective demographic or profile information without revealing your individual personal details.
16. When entering the EasiYo Westfield Voucher Promotion you will provide us with certain information about yourself. We undertake to keep this information confidential and to use it only as authorised by you.
17. You have the right at any time to cease receiving contact by notifying EasiYo of your intention to "opt out" by contacting EasiYo by phone on (0064) 9 415 8185 or by email at admin@easiyo.com
18. To the extent that any information gathered constitutes "personal information" for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993, the information will be held by EasiYo for the purposes of processing your EasiYo Westfield Voucher Promotion entry and for future promotions and product marketing. Under the Privacy Act you have the right to request to view and/or correct any information EasiYo holds about you. EasiYo may charge you a fee for its reasonable costs in complying with any such request.

Promotion - Definitions

1. "Promoter" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" or "EasiYo" means EasiYo Products Limited.
2. "You" or "Your" or "Participant" or "Entrant" or means the person or company who is participating in the EasiYo promotion.
3. "Goods" or "Services" means the goods or prizes being sent from EasiYo to the promotion participant.
